powerful tool that I discover which has helped me faced challenges with smiles on my face and became my daily routine. I wake up with it and I sleep with it. This writing is to answer the third question on the ladies of hive weekly contest which goes thus:
"Do you have a morning or evening ritual that helps you feel grounded? What’s one daily habit you can’t live without?"
Everyday, I must listen to gospel music on my phone in the morning and evening. That's one thing that has made phone become an addiction to me. I find solace in listening to gospel music. Music brightens my countenance, makes me hopeful and energetic. I struggle with mood swings a lot and to keep me stable I listen to music.
I love listening to solemn worship songs in the evening, it drives away unnecessary worries on my mind, helps me sleep better and reliefs me of stress. Listening to music, is that one habit I cannot do without.
I play music in class for my students most times in the afternoon because I know they are stressed and I want them to feel refreshed, we all danced and smiled before I teach them. The way they echo the lyrics of the music and display their happiness is always fun for me. I love music and I'm addicted to it.

Its really nice to know about your interest in music. Probably we need to be addicted to something, can take any hobbies too, to give a time for ourselves to relieve stress. You are definitely a good teacher, as you are able to understand your students well.
Thanks for your comment
I also play music everytime my emotions try to get the best of me. I like that you specified that you play gospel music because I noticed there was a time I would play moody r&b songs that would only worsen my mood and make me break down eventually. I'll try gospel musics next time. I know it'll keep me hopeful and inspired rather than broken. Thank you for sharing!
