What are your habits that help your mental health? What are the ones that are unhelpful? One of my helpful habits is getting out into nature. Today I took my doggo Chewie for a walk and I felt pretty mentally strong during and after. It was great too because there wasn't anyone around so my big anxious dog could run around free and splash in the river.

Habits
I read a lot of inspirational crap.
Not sure if it helps or hinders.
But
The habit is there

And habits are hard to break.

Hindering habits
Like
Confusing trauma
For intuition.

Nothing helps me set my head on straight more than getting some exercise. Clears the mind, fills your brain with dopamine, refreshes the body and kills the fidgetty / jittery feeling I get from drinking too much coffee all week long.

It took me a long time to realize that exercise really does help me, as well as that exercise doesn't have to mean running or lifting weights.
Coffee is a blessing and a curse!
The four of us should hang out soon!
