In my opinion,each religion have some ideology and they ask their follower to follow that.
But their origin is difficult to predict .
I watched one movie and I suggest you to watch..that is 'The Man from Earth(2007)'
I loved the movie .The whole movie is in the single room with few peoples having debate.

Some point of yours are also correct. !
But peoples are more towards their traditional thinking. They know that each one of us is same, still they make difference. !
