This isn't exactly a lie, but I find that it's always on the regular when people talk about other people they just met.
Me: Oh you met him? What's he like?
Friend: Oh, he's pretty nice I guess.
Man. Nice? Just nice?!
Is he not interesting? What are his passions? What does he do in his free time? What books does he read? What's his favourite drink? Can he cook? Where is he from?
