I am not trying to question your eating habits @exyle, I am just a big culinary nerd, so whenever I see post related to food and dieting, I can't help but enter into a discussion.
As for dieting and healthy eating (if you would like to know about my personal experience), I am trying out the ketogenic diet (high in good fats, medium proteins, and minimum carbs) and I must say that so far it works pretty well for me: I lost 2 pounds in 3 days without doing any exercises whatsoever.
