I guess we must go a step further to achieve our dreams.
We must have a plan to follow and write it down to track our progress. I would like to quote "A goal without a plan is just a wish".
I have learned from Most Popular and Best Seller book - "Think and Grow Rich" that we must have a definite purpose and plan to achieve our dreams. We must not think we want to get rick but we must have a definite amount and time frame to make it happen.

Goal-buddy looks very interesting, I guess we have compete with other members to stick with our goal. That's really cool way to build a habit.
