    After all my experiences I can put myself in the hole for a time out or when i just feel like raging. Then I can say ok you have recharged and let yourself have it enough.. Back to work and stop being a bitch... theres nothing they can do that Castro hasnt done to me already..ahaha. Plus I have others to live for that I can and will never let down. Lets all have a great Friday !! Concur those demons and steem on friends. Thanks again Barry
