Thanks for the link Barry. It must be a good feeling to look back and see all you accomplished and now he has his whole life left with family or whatever. Hope all is well on your end. Went to the gym last night and got a blog out so I snapped back in... TTu soon buddy

      After all my experiences I can put myself in the hole for a time out or when i just feel like raging. Then I can say ok you have recharged and let yourself have it enough.. Back to work and stop being a bitch... theres nothing they can do that Castro hasnt done to me already..ahaha. Plus I have others to live for that I can and will never let down. Lets all have a great Friday !! Concur those demons and steem on friends. Thanks again Barry
