I think that literally all of my weight gain is from eating while I'm bored which I think I've realized to a degree for awhile but this article kind of brings it home for me. I need to learn to replace the desire to eat something yummy when I'm bored or not doing much with a desire to get up and be active. After years of making it a habit it's a really tough one to break that's for sure. It also doesn't help that food is one of my favorite things in life, I'm lucky I'm not bigger than I am currently!
