It is hard dude, I went through a similar situation just after the huge bull run we had. I ended up broke as shit and in debt. Now I am coming out the other side with some money behind me and debt free just 1 year later.
Don't let it get you down and try work things out. Me personally I went and tried to enjoy life as best as I could and it worked out. It was actually nice to have a break from crypto to be honest.
You will have bad thoughts etc (I still have them) just keep your head up and look to the future. You can change your entire life in 1 moment. Remember that. Nothing is set in stone.
