Hey man I know the feeling. I bought a Ford Explorer 2006. I was one of the first on my Island to buy this model when it first hit the market. My daughter grew knowing that I had this SUV. She even named it "jeepy'.
I was at the Talk of the Town for a while. Everyone believed in import cars but I believed in my good All American Muscle.
I had to let it go a few years ago. Everything was going wrong and I couldn't afford to buy the parts. I was newly married and out of work. When I finally let her go I could see how sad my daughter was. I wanted to be macho, however I have no choice but to express my feelings. I was just sad to let her go.
