Hi @cicisaja! I fell in the bathtub and hurt my back! A foolish thing to do but nothing broken or permanent damage, just very painful. Feeling bad about not writing anything or checking up what others are writing. I think the pain pills make my brain fuzzy. Getting off of them starting yesterday and feeling better in body and brain! I hope to start catching up this weekend.

Thank you for checking on me!

oohh dear @donna-metcalfe, so sorry to hear that and I hope that you'll get well soon. have you checked on your back bone? uhmm.. if you can find any massage service around, you should try to get the massage, because according to my experience, no matter you found nothing broken or permanent damage, but if your body fell off and hurt so much, you should relax it through a simple massage to prevent the frozen blood.. uhm I don't know what is the right words for that, it is a condition when you hit something and some purple or red bruises emerge on your skin and it's hurt.

Get Well Soon!

That sounds like good advice, thank you!
I fell against the edge of the tub and because I tend to bruise easily I expected to see big bruises for sure! But I didn't except for a small one on my arm.
Two years ago I twisted a back muscle and I think I fell against the same muscle this time. So I'm thinking the muscle is bruised but it's not showing on my skin. Pretty weird.

Hope that everything will be fine, anyway.. how do you fix the twisted muscle in your country? We're even have some expert who can fix the broken bones through massages here in Indonesia.

When my left shoulder bone had broken 8 years ago, everyone suggest me to got the massage rather than surgery😊 but I knew how bad it feels even though for a few minutes, I couldn't stand such pain.but 4 month after surgery I still couldn't raise my hand, so I went to the massager to get full body massage except on the shoulder.

The massager said that she needed to make my blood circulation runs well through special massages so it will prevent me from having a serious problem in the future. It's a traditional treatment.

How I fixed my twisted muscle was just time. Resting and taking pain pills until I could move again. Plus I stopped doing chainsaw work! :-) Ever since then I have been thinking about getting a massage but haven't done that.

A broken shoulder is so much worse! In surgery did they just set it or did they have to put a pin in the bones?

A massage to get my circulation more balanced and flowing, that makes sense and maybe a regular massage would help. But for more than that I might have to look for someone more specialized? Right now I think I have too much pain to let anyone touch me! My poor husband has learned to be very careful.
