If I hadn't opened a bank account in France I would have thought you were exaggerating. In the Netherlands, it is very easy to open a bank account. You can even do it online in a couple of minutes but in France..... I thought I went crazy. The questions they asked...
It's crazy here. You can open some online quote really but if it is for a child you have to take in a million documents in case you are pretending to have a child for some reason lol!
