Thanks for this post. I am working on a healthier diet as you suggest and walking every day. I have often thought I could about schedule my first heart attack. Both my grandfathers and my father had heart surgeries in their mid 60's. I am 46 and trying to stop the pattern.

I did this diet back in 07. I've never been sicker in my life. A lot of the foods recommended in these don't eat meat diets actively lower testosterone, which as a man, is bad for me.
I'll stick to healthy saturated fats, nutrient rich meats, sensible amounts of veggie sides, with the occasional potato dish or rice bowl. Essentially the PHD.
