Water helped me the most with the anxiety when I was quitting.
Also there are other herbs you could smoke instead of tobacco, such as: mullen, lobelia, skullcap, lavender, many of my friends use this mix to quit smoking tobacco.

If you are trying to quit, keep it up, you can do this!!!
