I totally understand not wanting to shill any specific tokens, but I really feel that tribes are what is going to keep the Steem blockchain going. Especially tribes that are moderated and don’t just turn into a shit show that allow people to ruin it like we have seen with Steemit.

It's genius because the tribe can't suffer at the hands of a wealthy dictator. If they want to spend money, and make money, they have to play by the rules.
All these trolls could just as easily create a bottom feeder tribe where they all bitch and moan to one another, and actually make money. I'm shocked I don't see one yet. I think they know they'd screw it up within weeks though.
Most of the trolls rely on other people. If they did create a tribe of their own, I don't think it would really go anywhere because they would just be spending their own money to support themselves and eventually they would realize no one gave a shit about them, then they would all call each other scammers, lol.
That would be hilarious watching them all fall apart. It's almost tempting to create one just to lure them in, for entertainment purposes.
They only want to destroy, not create...
