Everything is frequency and alcohol leaves me feeling uninspired and drained of creativity. Instead we should fill our cups with a fresh dose of nature and be uplifted while grounding back to the Earth. Onward and upward!
it's poison, pretty much no way around that. i'm glad jeff posted this. i stopped drinking after learning enough about the body to understand the health risks.
Its all about moderation. A glass of red wine can have health benefits. Alcohol is not evil poison it helped to keep us safe from bacteria prior to fridges.
Indeed, there are definitely some who can't handle moderation. I've given up booze (or "the sauce") a few times for a month plus and have never noticed much difference. I've definitely not spent anything like $500K on it in the last 30 years. That would be $45 a day - I'd have to be drinking a lot of expensive wine or spirits every single day.
Still if only we'd all put a fraction of that into Bitcoin since 2009 we'd all be living like kings!
However, good for you - we all need to do what is good for us and makes us happy. Drinking for other reasons - all sign of something else going wrong be it addiction, depression or pissing your life away at the bottom of the barrell.
it actallly destroys the grease around your red bloodd cells and kills neurons giving u that "ddrunk bliss" feelling but yeah its redculous how bad alcohol is, humans needed alcohol in our past to get throgh life!
now we ddont need to be drinking so much alcohol
iits a tool of social ccontrol
we all know that the governments dont keep canbis illegal and acoohol legal for our "public safety" we all know its about money!
and so we can all vvote with our dollars and just stop buying allcohol!
if u wat beer or liqour brew some mead or microbrew some beer urself! its quit fun!
but ya many coool natural altneartives to alcohol like kava kava or GHB which is found naturaly in ur brain, gives u a reverse hangover and produces human growth horome inur body!
GHB is also naturallly found in red meat and in ur bloostream naturally!
hahah so true! Our body treats us better when we are not being mean to it. Healthy eating and exercising will make you feel uplifted straightaway. Cant beat that. Endorphins are a great ally as well. Serotonin is released an ahhh what a feeling.
Looks like an amazing day there in Montana @jeffberwick

I have come to find that certain geographical locations sort of "drive" people to drink more or less than other places. I travel a lot and i find that some cities entertainment is more centered around drinking than others. most likely the smaller the town the likely the number one social activity is based around drinking. for instance I go to Providence Rhode Island and end up on a 3-4 day drinking spree while New York City i'm enjoying art seeing shows walking the different parks and more or less enjoying the sights. LA is the same way. even at a party I drink less than I would than say Memphis, TN. I commend you for giving it up. it takes a lot of self discipline that not many people can muster due to social circles and general location and activities
there's nothing wrong with drinking alcohol if you drink in moderation. Honestly, alcohol is expensive and it puts a hole in your pocket over time. Nothing beats the good 'o' plain water.
This is called "tie". Just ordinary people need a doctor to stop drinking. Or they sew themselves into the skin of an ampoule, which leads to death if you take alcohol.

I'd rather have a good cup of coffee instead of alcohol.
nice solution, I always regret the day after I consumed alcochol.... It's rare but still happens 2 times a year or so

I agree. i quit drinking years ago as well. its your body slowly and you dont even know it.

Tell this to the Ukraine miss cuz she died driving with a bottle of alkohol ,our body don't need alcohol to clean bacteria that is a pure lie.
LOL I didn't say it's for our bodies to clean bacteria. It was to stop bacteria from ruining our beverages during storage.
there is a better way to clean our body from bacteria by fasting .

Yes it's hard when everyone around you is drinking...

Only one willpower is enough for one.
