This is good advice. I've had insomnia most of my life, and stopping screen time before bed helps, and reading a book is one of the best things I've found to help wind down.
Start in a chair - you will feel your eyes go a bit - repair to bed for the next chapter and ..... . ... .. . .!
I will try. I have a new book to read "The Giver"
