I'm not the best motivator but for what it's worth, I'm going to share a piece for sure.
I've been down and out a lot of times in my life. The reason was that I've always been an average individual and the worst part, I've embraced it all my life. I've never even tried to achieve the better. However, I've learned over the time that if you want something, it is meant for you. You gotta try your best to achieve it. Getting unlucky isn't even an option. Don't even think about it. If you want something, want it badly. Ignore the BS that turns you down. Devise different strategies. Move to the next one if one fails. So if you want it, get that in your head that you HAVE TO HAVE IT! No matter what.
My favorite steemians? That's a tough one. You're one of my favorites but I won't name you as you already know that :P

Become more vulnerable, let your guard down, show your faults and you become more liberated in being exactly who you are, without the concern of what others think. I found that people connect and appreciate you more when they see your mistakes while you own it or point it out.
The reason why people do like this is because it reassures them that you are both one in the same. We all mess up our speech when talking to others, have incorrect statements, make mistakes that we knew we shouldn't of had made, and the list can go on for days I am sure. When we see this and the other person owning it, it will confirm that we are not lying to each other, we are being honest, and we are not perfect. This continues to open up and allow both or all parties to let there guard down, open up, be vulnerable, be yourself, and thus creating a super great connection.

Inspirational message? Well, I recently discovered the hard way that giving up is easy, and relentlessly pursuing what you want and stand for is hard. But when you have the right frame of mind, and the single-minded determination for the aim that you've set for yourself, become resilient and no power in this world can stop you, let it try! Think hard, and evaluate - there is so much we can do, so much left unexplored, within our own souls and outside in the splendor of this world. Life is going to end sooner or later, would you rather stand tall and proud having conquered everything you ever wanted? Or small and inadequate, shying away?

That's quite difficult, but i''ll try.
The past few days for me have been the longest, multiple deadlines from every corner. So i thought to myself, why not give minimum effort to all these deadlines , so you wont breakdown. Then i saw the faces of the people working under me, the people who look up to me.
In their eyes, i found out that the true responsibility comes when you hold the fate of others in every decision you make. and i knew i couldnt back down now. i was responsible for their success or failure.
After we completed our work together, i thought to myself, the same way i was responsible for their success a few moments ago, as humans arent we supposed to be responsible for each other.
What we hear everyday, what we see, how people react to us , it defines who we are. Ultimately, we are products of these interactions. But do these individuals or should i say, are these reactants aware that for every word they say, they can lead a person to live one more day, or to quit on life.
Our words are powerful.
Our actions even more so.
We hold the fate of the people around us
Why not be the best you can, or as selfless as you can be
For with every action of love you show, someone has a reason to live longer
Someone has the reason to give back to the people around us
Live for others
And the world would be a better place

Just very timely, this morning before leaving for Monday office
When i woke up at around 415am, i got to see my 1 and only daughter, who is at grade 9 still, early very busy with there project, but being the Leader, everything is more of her...( Was.not expecting, though, coz she slept late..)
The concept of the project is to show a community with a healthy environment. She conceptualize to come up with a scale model, hope i.can post the output, of it I let her explain the significance of each in the piece.. And it inspired me the most when she said, shes doin everything esp in school to keep up to achieve her dreams, to have a good future, which will make us happy,too.Even if it means waking up so early or sleeping so late... She will do it wholeheartedly....

And so with my mom,despite being a stage 4 breast cancer patient, got to see her early this morning,too. She was very much lively, just coming here to attend a Pontifical mass of a Fiesta. Just could not imagine, shes diabetic, a little older now at 70, travelling early for 4 hours? As what i said, in my previous post, she accepted all with happiness in her heart, surrendering all to God..Her secret of survival...

I am not a motivational speaker but my dad taught me one very important thing in live and that is LIVE AND LET LIVE. If you accept people for who they are and embrace their positive sides (which every person has ..... some just buried a bit deeper than others) you feel motivated. Being a teacher and accepting my kids with all their quirks and some faster that others and that light going up for the ones that struggle, that motivates me every single day. Help someone, it does not matter who it is you help, in the end it is you who you are helping.
@samstonehilltube had his original account stolen as I am sure some of you know. He was on his way back home from helping evacuees in Bali from the volcanic activity there, he was trying to bring a little bit of light into their hard situation. Did he rant, did he rave, did he scream, did he pout, no he accepted that he had made a grievous error. He blamed no one but himself.
