I have a deep appreciation for those who write well-documented thorough articles on steemit or elsewhere.
I am not one of them, because I generally chose the shorter posts which don't bore an average reader (yes, that's a risk nowadays), but also don't please someone looking for excellence or completeness.
I may have wrote a few such articles in the past, so I know how much work and care they need, which only means my appreciation has a good reference point.
Hopefully writers who feel attracted to write for excellence will continue to feel the motivation to do it. I for one will appreciate such work!
hmm... well you might consider your audience on steem. the average reader might have lower voting power than others who might appreciate in depth writing... then again, it depends on your subject area.
That is true. On posts I will have to keep searching to find a better balance in the future. About my comments, I try to adapt them to the type of post and maybe previous comments I've read (I don't always succeed though).
