I don't have a favorite. I use the bge to create many different meals. My favorite cut of steak would Rib-eye. But I also like to make slow roasts like brisket, pulled pork.
Pulled Pork who doesn't love it!? 😍
The rib eye is really a beautiful piece of meat.
What do you think of a pork belly, because you like the slow roasts?
