There are even thoughts that intrude your inner comfort zone at every given opportunity to take away your peace and give you destructive ideas about how you should make decisions in life.
Oh, we're having a lot of those these days in this part of the world.
Acknowledging that you have a certain thought is the first step towards dealing with it in a proper manner.
This is something some religions force their followers not to do. The idea that we can sin with our thoughts is quite a scary thought becasue 1, we can't control what goes through our minds 100% and 2, we don't want to think about ourselves as irreparable sinners.
You should not blame yourself for having intrusive thoughts that may not even be yours.
This is a great start. The same applies to dreams. I've seen people torture themselves over dreams they've had beause they assume that somethign is wrong with them to have conceived such dreams.
