Anxiety is a big problem in our world today!

I know this because I suffer from it myself! Just last week my wife had our first child and everything went well but I had to go to the doctor to get my anxiety under control.
The main point of this post is to give you some tips on how to beat it or at least settle you down for a little bit!

1. Just breathe.

I know it sounds cliche but breathing really works! Breathing allows oxygen to get to your body and can calm the average person down pretty quickly!

2. Listen to some calming music.

Music is so influential to a human. The waves of music react to the waves that our brains have. This is a big one for me because I can turn on some calming music and it will rapidly calm me down. I believe music is a POWERFUL that can influence people’s behavior, emotion, and attitude.

3. Let Go

This one can go down many different paths. For myself, as a Christian, I believe that God is omniscient and in control of everything at one time. If I believe that, then my worrying will not benefit me in anyway. I should release all my worry and fear to God and trust that He is in control no matter what! However, whatever you believe or don’t believe one thing will always ring true:

WORRYING WONT PAY THE BILLS, PUT GAS IN YOUR CAR, AND IT DEFINATLEY WONT KEEP YOU HEALTHY AND SAFE!!!

So as hard as it is, don’t worry! It won’t benefit you in the long run!!!!

If this helped you in anyway show some love with an upvote, Comment, or resteem!

There's another thing I tried and worked for me...
its a bit weird..but..

I sit, calm, silence, keep palms of my hand together, in a way that I can feel the blood pulse in palms and my fingers...and just focusing on that I forget whatever made me anxious..
it really works..

Ill have to try that next time! I try to use any other method that’s not medication! Thankyou for the tip @bitpost

Thank you for that advice. It's good to take a step back and relax. That way any situation you may find yourself in can be resolved in a calm rational manner. @ironshield

That could not be more true @ironshield! Thankyou!

Hello iamhbros. I would treat your anxiety with phytotherapy.
Lavender (Lavandula officinalis) calms the soul and the body.
I made very good experiences with it.
Below are good links where you can find out more about lavender:
https://www.webmd.com/vitamins-supplements/ingredientmono-838-LAVENDER.aspx?activeIngredientId=838&activeIngredientName=LAVENDER
You can buy lavender under the following link:
https://www.mountainfresh.co.uk/product/lavender-lavandula-capsules-650mg/?attribute_pa_capsule-bottle-quantity=180
Give it a try and let us hear from you again how you feel about it.
I wish you all the best to overcome your fears. Good luck.

I’ll look into it thanks!!
