Hi @nataliya64, I am one of those people who want to stay fit but failing terribly. I drink a lot of room temperature water daily. I have seen up there you reccomend adding jaggery in the morning and cardamon before bed. Can you explain abit more how to go about this especially the cardamon and the benefits. I am will consult grandpa google as well as I wait for your answer.
