Very good article! It is similar to the Cognitive-behavioral therapy in psychology research field. After I understood this, I don't not want to say: because you did this, I am angry, and I do this back to you. This is animal instinct. I realized the true strength is: between stimulant and my reaction back, we humans have the option to use our brain to analyze the situation, and pick the best reaction.
Not saying that I am doing perfect, but practicing this in life really helps making me happier. :D
