Breakfast Made with Love

in #life5 years ago

Of the most exquisite dishes you can taste in the world, I am sure that none will exceed what is made at home.

Cooking is a delight, a passion, an art. For those of us who like cooking, it will always be a great pleasure, and not a burden, to put on your apron and start combining ingredients, to see what's new.

In this case, I prepared a corn cake:

Ingredients

  • ½ tablespoon of butter to grease the mold
  • 3 cups of jojotos grains (tender corn) - 6 jojotos approximately
  • 1 ⅓ cup grated hard white cheese - approximately 125 gr
  • 2 butter spoons
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup of milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon of baking soda

Preparation

1 The oven is preheated to 350 ° F.
2 A circular metal or glass baking dish of 25 centimeters in diameter and 5 centimeters high is greased. It sets apart.
3 The beans are removed from the jojotos by cutting them with a knife, without reaching the grave.
4 The grains are ground in a machine for grinding corn.
5 In a large container, ground corn, cheese, butter, sugar, eggs, milk, salt and baking soda are mixed. They mix very well with wooden spoon. It should be with semi-liquid consistency.
6 Pour the mixture into the greased mold and smooth the surface with the wooden spoon or shaking the mold.
7 Put the mold in the oven and bake for 55 minutes or until a needle is inserted dry.
8 The oven is turned off and the mold is left inside until the hour is complete.
9 Unmold and serve hot.

God Bless You, Until a Next
