Yeah I know what you mean, going with high expectations to the bank and then having to wait in a long line or get that number you are revering to and when you get in front eventually the person looks at you and says "Sir the system is down can you come back in a hour or two" This makes me CRAZYYYYYY
Drives me nuts. It's like they are so complacent that they don't even make the effort anymore!
