This seems silly, Stupid and obvious. But I'm always amazed how we avoid certain things when we want to be productive.
I woke up around 8:00 A.m. which is extremely early for me. Considering I work from 10:00 P.m. To 3:00 A.m Tonight.
So being up all day and all night would be exhausting. I'm on the graveyard schedule now that I have that part-time job. But once I leave there again. I plan to wake up early to hike each day.
But I was happy to get an early start on posts, And uploading shirts. It was hard to pull through the afternoon once my first few hours wore off.
The First 3-4 Hours Are Your Most Productive!
So many people strain themselves and push themselves to stay awake so long. I do the same. But I always am baffled by how much more I get done just by sleeping.
I ended up taking a nap!
Waking up and Not surprisingly felt fully energized again.
Just 1 hour gave me that same 3-4 hours of productivity again, And I was able to do a lot more writing! I'm not saying you should only nap instead of sleep. But It's beneficial to take those naps!
Next time you need a nap, Try it. Set the alarm and once you get up. Make yourself productive; You may be surprised by how much you can get done, as opposed to dragging your tired self around.
Having a 2 year old adult nap times are a thing of beauty. After trying to keep up with him all morning it's nice to get some rest to regain your sanity and it's amazing how much calmer and more relaxed you feel after so it's no wonder people are more productive after naps.
Right? It's crazy! We always tend to associate naps with laziness but it's really not a lazy thing.
If any adult persons doing success task definitely sleep 6-8 hours daily. Sleep is very important to control our life. Without good sleep can't do more success works. For me I work only 10 hours daily and then after take 7 hours sleep daily. It would be necessary human need.
I agree completely! We need our sleep. Thats why it's good to not push yourself too hard, And allowing yourself a nap when needed.
Most times I wake up determined to get it all right and spend hours blogging then get all busy trying to achieve a 5hr work in 1 hr 😂😂
Good! Heheh Maybe You should do that without letting your perfectionist brain take over lol.
I'd try that... Spontaneous could be a good combo
Yes!
I hope you like this work @kaylinart
Great post @kaylinart. I can always relate to your posts so well. Power naps are the best. I am an early morning riser so by 3:00 I can feel myself teetering out. I work from home so I have the luxery of just laying down when I want. But I use to think sleeping was a waste of time that I was missing something(I am a bit of a nosey parker). But discovered if I feel really tired and just have a short power nap I wake up refreshed filled with get up and go and get stuff done. Thanks for sharing.
I hate that we live in a society that makes us feel lazy or weak for sleeping! I love to take naps - and sleep is how our body repairs and we form long term memories. Nothing lazy about that.
nice post i really like your post@kaylinart.... thanks for sharing post
my most productive hours are probably from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. when I first get in, i check my priorities, organize my day, mental preparation in the morning really helps me.i have time in the morning to plan ahead, complete my toughest task and catch up on social media.

Supper post.
I always take a nap whenever I have the chance. I have lots to do everyday so it is really a precious time for me to be energize again.
Life Basics!
Sleep helps with the smooth activities done by the brain. Rest by sleeping is a necessity that can't be overemphasized.
This is a nice post!
Sleep is an important part of keeping a good life healthy. Each day, routine sleep well, both body and mind are good @kaylinart
I'm throwing this post between sleep. Do not puke on me. My eyelids and my mind are fighting. :)))
Definitely I agree with you. A good nap for 3-4 hours of sleep. Sweets are the best lunch time. I miss the opportunity to have 30 minutes for lunch. But this time I think it will win my eyelids. Let me win for 1 hour. :))))))
What I called the attention of your post was digital art, is amazing!
The brain is not so selfish, once you give it the rest it needs, it will amaze you how productive it can become.
Lovely art picture all the time. Rest s essential for everything cause it effect our behaviour and motivation.
This is why power naps are a thing.
Animals do it all the time. Take dogs for example. They basically nap wherever they want but can wake up with 100% energy instantly if needed. No grogginess, nothing.
I wish two 20 min naps were allowed at work places. Recharge your brain and go back to working! I think meditation is a good alternative for this :)
At certain times I also take the time to nap if too tired at work, is a good idea and I've felt the benefits, more fresh and more productive in the activity.
Nice post!!! For me, it's funny how I'd kill for the luxury to sleep an extra hour on the weekday mornings but, then when the weekend rolls around and I actually can sleep in, I'm more prone to get up early. Go figure!
A six to eight hour stretch of sleep isn't for everyone. There are many alternative sleep cycles that involve multiple naps. Here is an interesting blog post about some of them, including the biphasic cycle, which is basically the sleep pattern of every college student . This sleep pattern consists of sleeping for 4 of so hours at night, and then taking a 90 minute nap around noon. More efficient than what most people do, but not by much.
I started to wonder what you did in your day to day work. Please continue to tell it like a novel. then i wonder what you did :)
Wooow! graet artest You are really great I like your art Thanks for sharing I am following you
Amazing @kaylinart
Most circumstances I wake up resolved to get everything right and invest hours blogging then get all bustling attempting to accomplish a 5hr work in 1 hr. @kaylinart
Great to hear that the nap worked for you!
I myself actually get less productive after taking a nap. It never really seems to energize me, I just get more tired somehow :S
Maybe you sleep for the wrong length of time? Apparently the best length of a nap is less than 25 mins or more than an hour. If it's between those times, you're in deep sleep and feel more groggy and disoriented when you wake up.
Hmmm... I think that might be the problem, yes :S
yes you are right Some companies allocate siesta hours to employees so that their employees are becoming more productive
@kaylinart I know what you mean about Napping and then being productive when you wake. I don't want to set Alarm Clocks anymore in my life though.
The clickbait here is that you woke up, right? :D
I can never really nap, unless I'm truly exhausted, or hung over, and want to not deal with consciousness for a while. I'm a really, really terrible sleeper, and I've found on the rare ocassion where I have napped, it leads to a broken, broken sleeping pattern.
I'd be ruined if I lived in Spain, with forced Siestas!
U look like a princess. Also taking naps makes our brain much functional :)
heheh! Oh I know that feeling... do everything but the thing you need to do most :P
you are lucky enough that you have time to take rest til 8 am, I have to wake up 6 am daily and for job as well. but I still remain fresh whole day :)
Hello! haaah) I know this feeling :) I painted your portrait with watercolors in art style. Maybe you will be interested to see :)

You are so much beautiful with this dress.
It's amazing how many people just slog away for hours, getting more and more unproductive. One of the best things about working from home is being able to put in a really solid 3-4 hours and then have some time off before going at it again in the evening for a couple of hours!
Hi! @kaylinart, If you realize that you spend nice moments beside someone, that means that your heart loves that person.
An awesome moment: when you update your status with somebody in your mind and that person like your status first.
