After reading the article I can see that these are tangible medical facts useful for each individual.It is true that sleeping for at least 8hours in a day allows the brain to regulate itself and function effectively.Some people do not have a proper schedule for sleeping because of the nature of their job if you fall in that category please do well to correct yourself because health is wealth.Thanks for your sensible awareness @bestlife.
