What about repentance @pastorlea? Paul spent a good part of his ministry speaking of this, and in order to be saved, one must turn to God in Christ Jesus.
Colossians 1 is speaking about those who turn to Jesus, and in the second verse of the chapter is clear that Paul is addressing the "saints," believers.
Colossians 1:2 To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ which are at Colosse: Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Here is what Jesus said about it.
Matthew 25:31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
Matthew 25:32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
