Any gospel that does not reveal the reconciliation of all things [Colossians 1:20] does not understand the power of what Jesus Christ accomplished at the cross. It even goes further than this, the scripture say Jesus is the Lamb of God who was slain before time existed that means all have been saved outside of time but only in time few will live this, because only some are brave enough to believe not partially but all the way in and what the finish work of the cross has accomplished In this temporary place called time. we have to work out our salvation by the renewing of our minds, by how we think and by putting on the mind of Christ. When we have the mind of Christ then we are ready to imitate our heavenly father by being co-creators. We now speak and call those things that are not as though they are. We sing the new song. When we are in the midst of our circumstances we lift up our God not the circumstance.
Start by meditating on how you think and your choice of words. If they don't line up with the reconciliation of all things then what you say will be limited and when you speak limited the life you live will be limited but when you speak the oracles of God and what the blood of Christ has accomplished you then speak LIFE, your vision a.k.a. perspective now speaks the unlimited POWER OF GOD. That means you have the power of life in your words..... IN THE NOW.

What about repentance @pastorlea? Paul spent a good part of his ministry speaking of this, and in order to be saved, one must turn to God in Christ Jesus.
Colossians 1 is speaking about those who turn to Jesus, and in the second verse of the chapter is clear that Paul is addressing the "saints," believers.
Colossians 1:2 To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ which are at Colosse: Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Here is what Jesus said about it.
Matthew 25:31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
Matthew 25:32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
Matthew 25:33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
