Keep listening to your body :)As I was reading this @cryptopie I was just nodding my head. This is so true. When it was really hot, I don't even really pay much attention to my fluid. Yesterday it was warm and humid here and I spent a lot of time outdoors and I drank more fluid than I would have been allotted normally. When I got on the scale today I wasn't even 1kg over my dry weight. I'm lucky I don't normally get cramping, but I do experience hypotension and today's session was effortless.

Cool weather in the other hand makes me feel comfortable but I do not sweat a lot so every bit of moisture I take adds up quickly into the body then we get waterlogged so quickly. Dry weather associated with low humidity makes my skin itch as well. Weather patterns just has alot for us in many ways than for most people.Yes @lizzyib
