I'm eating bibimbap now for late lunch at Gangnam station restaurant at Calgary.
I didn't try all the menus there but I think bibimbap is the best.
I saw many people are eating with chopsticks or without mixing all kind of vegetable, meat and rice. They just eat separately. This is all wrong.
First, put a soy source or Gochujang(red chili paste) as much as you like. (but don't too much)
Second, mix everything. !important.
Lastly, eat with a spoon.
This is it.
Simple! Right!
