I have since been educated by my fine lady and can now be said to be firmly convinced now, especially knowing it's more mediation'y. It's just when she first said it I just though, oh heck no!! I was thinking not so much meditation as some hokey cokey hippy manifestation type nonsense!! :0D
Haha yeah that's fair. It can definitely sound very hippy dippy when people talk about it. Especially when you add in guitar lead sing alongs 😂
