It hard to explain, it’s litle savory and sweet and it’s perfect combination for steak or salmon. The sauce is made from a base of malt vinegar and flavored with anchovies, molasses, tamarind, onion, garlic, and other seasonings. I highly recommend it.
I like this sauce a lot! Bianca is less of a fan sadly. I sneak it in sometimes ;)
