This is what I see sometimes when I am going about my life without taking any record of what is going on. I see in this poem your desire to catch the moment. That is what I am doing every time I write or take a picture. I can see the resolution is also suggested in your poem:

I hope the song of hope plays in your mind. As years go by and we become the caretakers of the ones who cared for us we need the song of past remembrance to play in our repertoire or notes and rests. It is that moment that is frozen in a blockchain and sometimes not.
