I am unsure of my future
living for the moment
never planning at all
life is for experiencing the given moment
the past is a blur
and the future unknown
experiences of the present teach us to be wiser
and when the future dawns, 'level' us up for sure
sow the seeds now
and it is the karma of the day after
learn from the past mistakes
and help yourself have a brighter tomorrow
enjoy the special moments
photo frame it in your mind
rewind it when you feel blue
those will save you from those sad smiles
connect your emotion with a song
music heals you better
trust me, and you shall not regret it, ever!

I write poems to express myself. I started writing at the age of twelve or so and some of my poems were published in magazines for children, a time when print still ruled the world. The internet and the blogging world has helped me write poems. Most of it was as I wrote earlier, to express myself and my thoughts. I have also been a ghostwriter.
Steemit has helped me write with freedom and also earned me very good friends who encourage me to write. I hope my readers will support me and also join in this contest. I am not a student of literature and so I do not consider myself an expert in poetry. It is the judge who will decide.

This is what I see sometimes when I am going about my life without taking any record of what is going on. I see in this poem your desire to catch the moment. That is what I am doing every time I write or take a picture. I can see the resolution is also suggested in your poem:
I hope the song of hope plays in your mind. As years go by and we become the caretakers of the ones who cared for us we need the song of past remembrance to play in our repertoire or notes and rests. It is that moment that is frozen in a blockchain and sometimes not.
