Its easier and harder than you expect. It does taste nice but you kinda wonder if it was worth the effort. Its very photogenic though, here was my spaghetti!
I bet it tastes incredible! Fresh pasta is da bomb.
Garlic, olive oil, chopped green chillies and parmesan (you gotta keep a bit of the pasta water and add it to the frying garlic and the olive oil, to thicken it into a sauce, when you toss the pasta in to coat it)
The good lady will forgive all new years resolution shambles in one meal.
Boom π₯
Aaaaaand... now I'm jealous I don't have a pasta machine
I'm so touched you took the time to dig it up for this thread :D
Me too! The hotter the better... although I did (once and only once) have a curry that was too hot for me to eat. That was something. I ate it anyway of course. Just more slowly. Perhaps I should put chilli on my Churros.
Time flies, huh?
I reckon we can learn to make it by hand even... game on

Lol, I know, I'm a fecking loon! :OD
Thats just like me, the hotter the better and I have had many a mishap with them. Including ordering something ridiculous in an Indian restaurant once that was way too hot even for me but I did exactly as you, Just ate it more slowly!
I am not sure I could live without it. The eating that is and not the making. It will never be the making!
I recently saw someone make pasta from scratch and am now bummed I never tried. Make the pasta AND the Churros now.
My bad... that should've read "home made pasta"
Of course we can't live without eating any pasta! Good lord, man! π

Oh funk no!! That photo is about 9 years old, took me ages to find it as I had no idea when I made it but I knew it was a while ago!
That was when I used it before putting it in the cupboard forever more.
That sounds delish. I have done that before, I love chillies in all forms!
