Nutritious food is highly recommended for consumption. The body needs nutrients to stay healthy and fit. However, combining food properly also needs to be done. Like beans with spinach or salmon with turmeric.
Although still sound familiar, the right combination of food aims to meet the need for nutrients. Nutritionist, raising the right food pairs to make the nutrition complete.
Rice, meat and vegetables always be good combination for simple main menu, but don't forget to eat the fruits and drink more water everyday.

Hi,
It's a good combination of rice, meat and vegetables, but instead of meat, I would put seafood or fish because it is easier to swim. So we will not have an outpouring tummy. You know, the flesh is the longest. From the length of the welding it rotted in our stomach because we can not dig meat as fast as fruits and vegetables. That's why I say that the fish is riverine or marine is better than classic meat. That's my opinion, and my friends agree ...
