Hi,
It's a good combination of rice, meat and vegetables, but instead of meat, I would put seafood or fish because it is easier to swim. So we will not have an outpouring tummy. You know, the flesh is the longest. From the length of the welding it rotted in our stomach because we can not dig meat as fast as fruits and vegetables. That's why I say that the fish is riverine or marine is better than classic meat. That's my opinion, and my friends agree ...
