The fish looks great. I'm going to have to try that salad dressing you made. Soy, rice vinegar and Ketjap. I've never heard of Ketjap, I'll have to look for it at the market. The dressing looks like it would be incredibly light yet flavorful and my wife and I both love soy. Great job staying on the diet, passing up KFC, now that is will power brother!
