Abygail okay so I really like this, a lot of these ‘depression advice’ things you see on Facebook are so empty and unrealistic and unhelpful but I like all of these, I can see it being really helpful on my next downward spiral, I think they could be helpful little things for you to babe, just when the ‘nothing will get better I want to die and stop feeling everything’ feels hit us yknow? xx
