I have been in a mental funk for the last week.
I know that straight talking videos are really boring, but if you have ever felt sad/lonely/burnt out/unmotivated, maybe some of my words may be able to help you!
Thank you all again for your love and support,
Jane

THIS.
First of all, welcome back! I had one of these weeks not too long ago, and I had the same thoughts about my content, I lost the motivation and the confidence completely.
Having anxiety for a number of years, you have plenty of these downs. But the way you talked about pushing through them is exactly right. It sucks to see people struggling with things like this but, this community is fantastic and there is inspiration in every corner, so you’re not alone!
Don’t put so much pressure on yourself, creating content like you have is great. You and Spencer are the dream team and it’s great or see you guys co creating on such an important issue (awesome work by the way) It’s important to love your creative work, so if it feels like a task, find a way to make it a passion again, or at least fun!
Oh, and there’s always more coffee. Always.
Thank you Tim!!
These words of encouragement is everything I need right now.
The best part is that you relate to what I'm going through and can offer some great words to pick me up :)
Good stuff. Glad you are on the up and looking forward to some more videos!
Thank you!! :)
aww perfect timing! Maybe Steven will see this! LIfe is like crpyto currency. It goes up and down up and down! Just hold on for the ride, because its going to be a wild one! :)
Oh yea the best timing lol, we both have been in a rut this week! But its so awesome to be open and be able to relate with others and know you are not alone. <3 thank you for your support.
❤️❤️❤️❤️ community love!
you are beautiful and strong women, I hope you are feeling good now, God bless :)
Thank you!
Welcome back.
Going to ask you again:
What is your deepest fear?
(Not an original question, but if you know it, we can really start :)...)
Haha I just answered this..
Like I said I dont know what it is, perhaps I dont have a fear of anything except heights and spiders and deaths (Not mines, but others)
Honestly, thats all that I'm afraid of.
Haha.. I responded too quickly to this one. The serious reply is on your other post. Enjoy 👍
I think you hit the nail on the head, thank you again! Still at a loss for words - will definitely get back to you soon.
Glad I could help. Going off the grid to recharge a little. Back on Monday. Enjoy your weekend!
I love the "market correction" metaphor
I feel like you're a longterm bull but just hit a little hiccup on the way up :p
I think it's easy to put pressure on yourself, like you're supposed to blog so often, and workout so often. And the wagon kind of gets in front of the horse. If you want unsolicited advice I'd say just do what you want every day rather than have preconceived plans about it. And see what happens. You're a star, I feel like you could constantly take breaks or be inconsistent and still crush it anyways.
Thank you, this comment means alot @full-measure!
I really do think I did put a lot of pressure on myself haha, I took your advice today. :D
I've been a bit like this ever since Christmas. I think I took to long off this year and I'm finding it really hard to get back into the grind. When I had a normal 9-5 job I had to go back and work hard after Christmas but since working for myself It's so much harder to stay focused and motivated. I used to find I was motivated by Twitter and other social platforms but I just find them distracting and full of noise so it doesn't really help.
Since finding out about Steem I've started to get back into the groove a little bit more and have made some new acquaintances too which is nice as I have very little in the way of real friends so it's nice to find like minded people to talk too.
All the best with everything you do.
Thank you so much! I completely agree with you, when you work for yourself the hard part is staying motivated and on the grind of things. I used to be super on top of things but thats definitely when I had a job.. I also feel like I had more energy. I tried making a schedule but its not quite working, I guess this is when self discipline comes into play! I wish you the best as well.
Amazing video like aways! You are a great example that it is ok to be vulnerable and just express how you feel, people understand, we all are having days like you had. And I'm with you, you know that!
ohhh babes! I am so sorry to hear that. :(
It's okay not to be okay
I have always been a negative and depressed person since I was a kid and I know it is not easy. Everyone deals with it differently I am glad You have found Your way.
For sure You know that being online it is super hard... because it is a 24 hours job.... no rest... and I think that's what pushed you to that place because maybe lately You have been putting even more work into it... and You have started to feel it as an obligation. You just need to find a balance where You do it as a Job but You enjoy the majority of the moments and also give Yourself a weekly break where You can have a couple of more quiet days.
We are here for You if You need anything and I hope You are feeling better already :D
I just sent you a message on discord Paola. It is a very personal issue what you are talking about here and I have been there. I know that I wrote a looooong a** text on discord, but I want to be able to help as much as possible.
Winny out...for now ;)
Winny!! I didn't notice, ill check it now. Thank you for everything. :)
@paolajane
For a healthy "pick me up" check out How to make bulletproof coffe written by @howweroll , you can substitute MCT-oil for virgin coconut oil (thats what I do). Can't wait for the next coffee with Jane! Cheers!
Thank you!! I shall take a look and try this. Youre great for this!
Good post, follow back oke friend
Take time off. It helps everyone.
Sometimes it's noticing that it's something that's holding you back. And sometimes you need to address the hardest things.
Keep fighting, Paola! Love your vids.
