My point was really that sometimes we need to go to what seems like an extreme, to bring ourselves to a point of balance, but we don't always need to stay there.
If you just mean trying a real food diet, yes, that I do recommend for everyone, as a starting point.If you mean the all meat diet, it's by no means the right diet for everybody, and I'm not recommending it as such.
