Great post! I'm on my own soul healing journey too - Time and mindfulness are such magical thing! You want to be open, and you could be vulnerable to revisit any emotions you weren't ready to face - I've found music helpful some creative endeavor such as writing, painting is very liberating too. Meanwhile getting out in the natural for hiking and other exercises yoga are helpful fighting for positive energy.
