Well that brings up another question about tornado shelters. Because Oklahoma is one of "those" states that has always had the possibility of devastating tornadoes hitting schools and so forth, haven't they already created bunkers and/or shelters? I would think it would be in the main plans when the school is being built in areas prone to them... Now I'm curious, one of these days I'll ask my cousin on Facebook; she lives out there. My mother was born and raised there too, and I know every home had one... whether that carried over into newer construction though, I don't know...
One good thing about a tornado is at least there is some indication or warning they are coming toward you. (Unlike earthquakes where I grew up)... But, we can't predict a psycho with a gun, and yes, this would be better than arming those teachers.

You would think that they would have installed shelters by now but amazingly most have not. I know that the Chickasaw tribe will install a shelter for their citizens that live in Oklahoma. I would be curious to hear what your cousin has to say too.
We'll talk!Well, I will definitely let you know @givonwayne! Matter of fact, she works in the real estate market at some capacity.
