I find myself "guilty" of this little thing, I eat when I'm bored. There's something fun when eating something and watching things online, like a video on YouTube.
I guess the only good part is that I don't gain any weight no matter how much I eat, but I realized that eating all the time is not always good, so I started changing things.
One thing people could do is to never eat enough to get completely full, and eat whenever they are hungry instead, just enough for the hunger to go away. This way they make sure they don't get hungry, and they can also keep eating all day for their brain to release serotonin.
This is a "problem" that could be solved in all kind of ways. It's not even about weight, it's about your health. Sometimes when we want a snack or something we go for something unhealthy, and that's not good.
I really believe that with a little bit of control we can change the way we eat and what we eat, and we can live a healthier life :)
