You are more than welcome! I guess the main difference to other social media sites is, that we all own a share of steemit and therefore really care about the development aka bringing it to the next level.
I really would like to see this platform evolving into a tool for creative people like musicians, writers and visual artists. Maybe there will be different platforms built on the same blockchain one day, that serve the special needs of every of these groups. (For example musicians would need an embedded musicplayer and the possibility to sell there works directly to their fans.) Everything that helps bypassing middlemen, who just fill their pockets, would be a great improvement in my opinion.

Absolutely, that could be a game changer. Have you heard about Steemsongs, a project by professional musician @thisisbenbrick - I guess he already sold some of his music for steem.
