One of my greatest life accomplishments is making my bed. I lived alone. Didn't have guests over and couldn't see a good reason to make my bed. I decided to do it anyway. A first it was hard to get started. Then I would skip many days. I decided to dedicate myself further and with practice developed disipline. I tried to be as consistent as possible and didn't get down on myself when I missed a day. Eventually consistency and disipline payed off. I have been making my bed every day for the last 5 years. I don't even have to think about it. It's like a reflex
