Too many coincidences here to not leave a comment (don't even know anymore how I got here, the Steemit rabbithole is real!):

  • I saw crates with Hanos today in a lunch bar and wondered what it was, a brand, a store, a..? Now I see Hanos written in your blog.
  • I ate pork belly at that lunch bar.
  • My father is a total BGE fan and he would love to see another BGE cook making one if his fav dishes.

(Of course I will encourage him to make this and invite myself over for dinner.)
